Against All Odds: The Inspiring Journeys of Kajal and Pranjul with Kalaragini Trust

Kajal:

 As it is said, Morning shows the Day, a simple but extraordinary girl Kajal proved this "Very bright and sincere Kajal came to KALARAGINI Trust with a lot of hopes with many other kids' She was in Class 9 then" To our extreme happiness and hard belief, she not only passed her High School & Intermediate Exams with 85 & 80% respectively, but also She is pursuing her Graduation Degree of BA. It might sound to others as No big deal if doing BA but what makes her deserve appreciation is her family Background, with Mother working as House Help and Father as daily wage Worker who could hardly mange two meals a day for their family. Reaching this far for a little girl in soch a financially broken circumstances make her stand out of the crowd.

KALARAGINI not only gives her emotional support but also financial support. Kajal works here as an Intern and gets paid for that. We covered up the Admission fees of 5 more girls to College, Such children who are giving their best despite unfavorable situation deserve even more encouragement than we are able to provide.

During the Covid pandemic, many students here at KALARAGINI were hampered with their studies, there wasn't anyone who could come up with solution to their queries as they belong to marginalised section of the Society, then to a batch of 50 students, we arranged online Classes, stationery, books and other relevant resources * Apart from Academics, Kajal actively participates in many extra curricular activities and Sports also.

She recently won 1st prize in her College level Declamation Competition and also showed her talent in Poetry writing at the 'Zonal Youth Festival' Seeing her firm determination and hard work, we are really proud of her extraordinary journey and hope her to reach the peak of success and fulfill her dream of becoming an IPS Officer.

Pranjul-

Pranjul is another shining star of our organization. He is passionate of sports. He is a Wushu silver medalist in the Haryana State Senior championship 2024-25 and was lately awarded the "Best Batsman" in a Cricket Tournament. He dreams of making a career in cricket. His sportsman spirit drives him to give his best in all the stages of life. Considering his responsibility to ease the burden of financial hardships, Pranjul supports his family in monetary terms also.

Along with his own studies, he earns as an Intern here at KALARAGINI and give little contribution in his family. His role model is his mother, who works as a domestic helper to make ends meet Pranjul. A 1st year 'Bachelor of Arts student, aims to play in Indian Cricket Team.

He has been part of our organization for the last 5 years. Over the years, we have witnessed his growth and commitment to achieve greatness, hence we are looking forward to providing talented young individuals like Pranjul with every guidance and support they need to reach their goals.
