However, i2u Social Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a Tax Exemption Certificate under Section 80G has been issued.

i2u Social Foundation acknowledges such incidents and will examine each request for refund of donation. i2u Social Foundation may seek further information / documents and requests the donor's co-operation for such requirements.

To seek refund of donations make to i2u Social Foundation, please send a refund request in written or email within 10 days from the date on which the donation was made to i2u Social Foundation either through online transfers, electronic means or cheque deposited in i2u Social Foundation's account.

The refund request should clearly state the reason for requesting refund and sent to the contact details below and must contain the following:

1. Date of donation

2. Donation amount

3. Cheque/Draft number OR if donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card number (last 4 digits only) OR Transaction-ID, if the donation was made through online mode.
