  • SPARK - Enabling Competitive Education in Government Schools.

The primary cause of Kshamata Innovation Foundation (KIF) is to enable household women to become respectable household contributors in the society. We achieve this through our flagship program called STREE what stands for She who Transforms Routine to Equitable Entrepreneurship focuses on helping such ordinary household women identify their talent or strength helping them nurture and develop this to become effective contributors to their families. STREE, now as a family of over 300 women, has helped beneficiaries in transforming their routine ideas into livelihood-based business opportunities enabling them to become equitable not just at home, but also amongst themselves as they cooperate to ensure collective success to deliver their commitments to their clients as entrepreneurs.

Other Causes:Skill Development

The secondary cause is a project called Jivica, the main objective of this IT Skilling and Placement Programme is to make PwDs job ready and provide them with employment opportunities that will not only provide them financial stability but will also help them transcend social barriers and promote their leadership and participation in community life, thereby making them more self-sufficient. Through this program, we create opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they can contribute effectively to their families and communities, eventually making a significant impact and fostering a more inclusive and equitable workforce.
