About the NGO

Sakaar Outreach is a registered not-for- profit organization working for the cause and concern of the communities, those are in need. The word &lsquo Sakaar' for us translates to providing a helping hand to the lesser-privileged by realizing their potential and equipping them with the skills required to enable them to stand on their own feet.

LIFE education is a concept that has been developed in Sakaar Outreach as part of its philosophy. LIFE stresses knowledge that is relevant to life, which spells better economic prosperity for the family and greater happiness for all that Sakaar believes in the ultimate goal of all development and sustainable education. To achieve this LIFE education, we need overall development of children and women and this is achieved in Sakaar Outreach through the 7C values and skill development which forms part of all that we teach, and all the materials we develop. The 7Cs are:
Creativity, Critical, Thinking, Competence, Commitment, Cooperation, Concern, Citizenship

For Fifteen years, Sakaar Outreach has endeavoured to make an impact by working with weaker and vulnerable sections of the society and its main focus is on Education, Women Empowerment, Environment, Health Care Facilities and HIV/AIDS prevention and cure along with Community Development.
