About the NGO

We are the Coalition member of WWSF and every year we observe World Day -Prevention of Child Abuse i.e. During 1^st Nov to 19^th Nov.

Efforts are being made by the members for organizing activities particularly in the field of Child labor, Education, Literacy and Free Health Camps. During such days every student pledge to never commit, condone or remain silent about Abuse & violence against Children. Protection of Child Rights is being made to develop solutions to prevent Child Abuse. We appraised around 140 students about child abuse and taught them about Right to Education enacted by Govt of India where every child has a right to educate himself/herself without any Capital Fee paid to School Authorities. Many Parents in rural areas do not know that their children fundamental rights are infringed by not sending them to Schools for availing Free Education. On these occasions we carried out an initiative towards some School dropout' s children. They were provided with free meals and stationaries and informed about their Rights to Education so that they won' t be deprived.

During these periods some of our members made Eye Pledge at SUM hospital, Eye Bank at Bhubaneswar and Gangaram Hospital at New Delhi on the eve of National Eye Donation fortnight. We are trying to approach more persons for pledging their eyes after their death.

Global Hand Wash Day

We conducted world hand wash day in Schools who made route march to different areas with song and slogan prior to covid19.we counselled everybody to wash their hand in soap or detergent before taking food. Now the matter is more stringent after pandemic in which soap is not enough but they were advised to use sanitizers frequently.

Eye Camps

We organized several eye camps in different districts of Odisha and in Schools where eye screening camps were held and spectacles were provided as per the requirement of students.

As regard Education, Child labor, Literacy, Health Camps and free legal aid the Trust is in constant touch with people during this pandemic by visiting various panchayats and has its plan to further develop its activities.
