The power of cooperative partnerships has become a key component of long-term change in India's dynamic social development landscape. i2u Social Foundation collaborates with more than 150 outstanding partner NGOs through its NGO support ecosystem, each of which makes a distinct contribution to social change throughout the country.

Looking ahead to 2024 we are especially pleased to showcase the outstanding accomplishments of Pinkishe Foundation, one of our esteemed partner NGOs. Their remarkable journey and achievements serve as an example of the transformational power of driven social initiatives.  

The influence of Pinkishe Foundation has received a great deal of national attention in 2024. As one of just eight people in the country to be granted the esteemed Republic Heroes of Change Award 2024, founder Khyati Gupta, was recognized for her outstanding contributions to women's empowerment and social change.  

Along with well-known global organizations like Plan International and St. Jude India Child Care Facilities, the foundation was named one of India's Top 20 Best NGOs to Work For in 2024 for its organizational excellence. Pinkishe’s dedication to fostering an empowering workplace culture is further evidenced by their inclusion in the Great Place to Work® Institute India’s Top 10 Best Workplaces for Women 2024 (Mid-size category).  

To top it all off, Khyati Gupta was honored with the Gaur Foundations Women Icon Award 2024 which acknowledged her exceptional contributions to women's hygiene and social change. Being featured on Republic TV highlights the foundation's ground-breaking work in raising awareness of menstrual health and their creative approach and impact have drawn national media attention. Their success story was featured in GoDaddys . ORG Campaign and has also been cited by WhatsApp as an example of using technology to promote social change.  

A tale of bravery, empathy and revolutionary transformation is the tale of Pinkishe Foundation. The foundation's strategy extends beyond merely dispensing sanitary products. Through extensive initiatives, Pinkishe seeks to dispel social stigmas, educate women about menstrual health and develop long-term solutions for women at the local level. Their efforts have changed communities.
